Madam President

Greeting Sorors & Community Members!


On behalf of the dedicated members of the Madison Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., it is my distinct pleasure to welcome you to our website.  We appreciate you taking time to visit our website.   We are also pleased to use this site as a venue for sharing our chapter's programs, projects and initiatives.  Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was founded on Christian principles and contiues to persevere as being a sisterhood of college educated women committed to self-empowerment and providing devoted community service to the world.


I am honored to serve as the current president of the Madison Alumnae Chapter.  Like all of my  dynamic Sorors, I have an undying commitment to sisterhood, scholarship, and service.  We are extremely proud of the exemplary work that we do in the Dane County area to advance our sorority's national and regional initiatives through an Uncompromising Commitment to Service, Leadership, and Empowerment.  Chartered on August 27, 1977, the Madison Alumnae Chapter endeavors to uphold our sorority's commitment to public service through programs that initiate social change, encourage academic excellence and promote cultural awareness rooted in our Five Point Programmatic Thrust:

International Awareness and Involvement

Physical and Mental Health

Political Awareness and Involvement


The membership of the Madison Alumnae Chapter is Determined, Strategic and Transcendent.  Our programming is innovative and proactive; we provide "Service on Purpose" and have earned the following recognitions:
